What to Do (What to Pray and Sing) When You're Overwhelmed [Family Worship lesson in Psalm 102:1–11]

What can believers do when they're overwhelmed by affliction? Psalm 102:1–11 looks forward to the opening portion of morning public worship on the coming Lord's Day.
